TO PREPARE  JAMAICA BEVERAGE(Refreshing Mexican beverage) 
 INGREDIENTS:25Grms     La Hacienda Dried Jamaica Flower (Dried Hibiscus)
1/2Lt               Water                        Sugar (Optional)                        Ice  
PREPARATION:Boil the water, add the Jamaica and turn off the heat and let to rest for 10mins. Using a percolator drain the jamaica  with 6 more cups of water. The colour of the water should be granate colour “dark pink”  if desire add sugar and ice. In Mexico this beverage is used with no sugar to help diabetes, blood circulation and as diuretic.
