Serves 8
1    Pack 250grs Corn Chips Carmelita
½ kg    Ground Beef
1    can refried black beans or pinto beans
1 ½    Cup of shredded cheese Jack or Colby or a mix of mozzarella with cheddar
1    Jar Salsa Mexicana Red or Green San Marcos
    Sour Cream (optional)
    Guacamole (optional)
    1 jar Sliced “Nacho jalapeno”San Marcos

Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180centigrades

In a large skillet cook the ground beef until brown. Add the beans and half of the salsa cook for a couple more minutes. Set aside.

Place half the packet of the corn chips in an oven proof large plate, top with half the mix of beef with beans and salsa add half a cup of shredded cheese, bake for 8-10 minutes. Place the remaining of the corn chips, beef with beans, salsa and cheese bake for 8-10 minutes.

Top with sour cream, remaining salsa, guacamole and nachos jalapenos.
