Chicken Fajitas

Serves 4
1/4    Cup Fajita Marinade D.L Jardine’s
3    Tablespoons lime juice
¼    Cup Olive Oil
2    Cups Bell Peppers: yellow, red, green sliced in strips
½ kg    Chicken breast cut in 1.5 to 2cms wide strips
1    Medium Onion thin sliced
2    Cloves garlic finely sliced
8    Corn Tortillas Carmelita or Flour Tortillas
1    Can Salsa Arriera San Marcos
    Sour Cream
    Sliced Avocado
    Shredded cheese

Marinate the meat overnight or for 4 hours with the lime, turning the meat occasionally.
Heat the oil in a frying pan or in the BBQ, sautee the onion with the garlic, add the sliced bell peppers, add the chicken and grill for 8 minutes or until the meat is cooked.

Heat the tortillas in a flat pan.

Serve meat strips on warm tortilla, garnish with salsa, sour cream, avocado and cheese
